fender mounting and sissy bar

1/2″ round bar, drilled and tapped for a 5/16″ fastener…then welded into the frame: Then fab’d a fender mount from 3/16″ plate: I love the fit of this fender…not too close.

Evo mock-up

At this point, mock-up was complete and it was time for tear-down. Note the touring fork legs with shaved fender mounts. It’s always a nice feeling to get ‘em to this point, because you know the hard part is over.

Evo exhaust
